Product Features:

Wide Application Range

Capable of crushing hard rocks. Multiple cavity types can be achieved by replacing the crushing wall and mantle on the same host machine, adapting to various applications. The medium-crushing type features a stable and large feed inlet, suitable for secondary crushing (even coarse crushing) of materials.

Excellent Product Particle Shape

Optimized combination of crushing frequency and reasonable stroke, combined with layer crushing, ensures that the crushed materials passing through the discharge port maintain a good particle shape. This increases the proportion of fine materials, reduces needle-like and flaky content, and meets the demand for high-quality construction aggregates.

Upgraded Structure, Higher Safety

Transmission components use imported bearings for longer lifespan. Positive pressure dust removal ensures hydraulic system cleanliness, and the thin oil lubrication system provides dual protection for bearings, effectively reducing failure rates and maintenance costs.

Simple Operation and Maintenance

Button-controlled hydraulic pressure enables stepless adjustment of the discharge port, even during production, making operation more intuitive. Precision-processed crushing wall spare parts require no filler during assembly.

High Automation Level

The PYY series cone crusher adopts a PLC control system, allowing simple operation and control of the crusher, reducing labor costs.

Lower Production Costs

Optimized crushing wall and mantle designs reduce unit steel consumption. Layer crushing and full feeding improve equipment efficiency.
