Product Introduction

Product Overview:
The DNQ2 visibility meter is based on the forward scattering principle. The transmitter uses an infrared LED as the light source, which, after pulse modulation, illuminates the sampling space. Atmospheric particles in the sampling space scatter the light, and the scattered light beam at a fixed scattering angle of 0° on the same plane as the transmitter and receiver is directed to the photodetector. After amplification and analog-to-digital conversion, the CPU converts the signal into visibility (meteorological optical range) information using a specialized algorithm and outputs it via an RS232 interface.
