Product Overview:
The coherent Doppler wind lidar is based on the optical pulse coherent Doppler frequency shift measurement principle, utilizing advanced miniaturized design and ultra-weak signal detection technology. The instrument's light source emits a frequency-stabilized beam and receives scattered echo signals from aerosols drifting with the wind in the atmosphere. These signals are coherently mixed with the radar's local oscillator light, and the Doppler frequency shift of the echo signal relative to the laser beam is obtained through digital frequency discrimination of the intermediate frequency signal. Combined with the radar's opto-mechanical scanning, it achieves high-precision, detailed measurements of the three-dimensional wind field, providing real-time data products such as horizontal wind speed, horizontal wind direction, wind shear, vertical wind speed, and turbulence intensity.
