10kV Class SC(B)H17-NX2 Series Epoxy Resin Insulated Dual Winding Non-excitation Voltage Regulating Amorphous Dry-type Transformer

This product adopts an amorphous alloy core, leveraging the high magnetic permeability and extremely low loss brought by the disordered atomic arrangement, significantly reducing hysteresis and eddy current losses. The coil is vacuum-cast using German Hedrich technology and equipment, fully retaining the advantages of epoxy casting, such as high mechanical strength, no cracks, moisture resistance, flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, and maintenance-free operation. The core and coil clamps are elastically fastened to maintain constant pressure, significantly reducing operating noise. The filler, combined with vacuum casting, ensures thorough penetration and uniform curing of the winding layers, turns, and sections, simultaneously enhancing electrical strength and short-circuit resistance. The wire-wound or foil-wound structure, combined with internal longitudinal ventilation channels, provides superior heat dissipation performance.
