The cabinet body first undergoes pickling to remove rust, hot water rinsing, clean water rinsing, degreasing and oil removal, clean water rinsing, clean water rinsing, then phosphating surface passivation treatment, clean water rinsing, hot water rinsing, preheating after drying, then epoxy resin electrostatic powder spraying, the measured coating thickness is 70-80µm. After high-temperature leveling, curing and other processes, the plastic spraying coating's corrosion resistance and impact resistance reach or even exceed national standards.
