I. Production process flow, product forming, the production sequence is:
1. Shearing machine cutting and blanking;
 2. Punching machine steel mold corner cutting and punching;
 3. Hydraulic bending machine folding and forming of assembly materials;
 4. Spot welding, oxygen welding, electric welding assembly and welding, initial product forming, and polishing of welding points;
 5. Metal surface undergoes nine anti-corrosion processes including degreasing, derusting, pickling, and phosphating;
 6. Thermosetting matte powder electrostatic spraying, cured at 200℃ high temperature.
 7. Acceptance, packaging and warehousing.
II. Material selection standards:
 1. Use high-quality cold-rolled steel plates produced by Shanghai Baosteel, in accordance with SPCC GB710-88 standard as material.
