(1) Rack body part
All indicators of the compact shelving series products meet the national standard GB/T13667.3-2013 for manual compact shelving of the People's Republic of China and the industry requirements of DA/T7-92 of the National Archives Administration for manual compact shelving. The steel plates used are high-quality steel plates produced by Shanghai Baosteel. Hot-rolled steel plates comply with GB710 technical conditions for hot-rolled high-quality carbon structural steel plates; cold-rolled steel plates comply with GB708 technical conditions for high-quality carbon steel structural steel thin plates. Product surface treatment and quality comply with the national standard GB6807-86 for phosphating treatment of steel workpieces before painting.
(2) Process flow
Product forming, the production sequence is as follows:
1. Shearing machine cutting and blanking;
2. Punching machine steel mold corner cutting and punching;
3. Bending machine folding and forming of assembly materials;
4. Spot welding, oxygen welding assembly and welding to form the initial product;
5. Before plastic spraying, the product undergoes strict anti-corrosion treatment in nine processes such as pickling and phosphating;
6. Thermosetting powder electrostatic spraying, cured at 200℃ high temperature;
7. Finished product inspection, packaging and warehousing;
8. Product outbound, transportation, installation and debugging, acceptance.
(3) Material standards and thickness
1. Material standards:
The steel plates used are high-quality steel plates produced by Shanghai Baosteel. The cold-rolled steel plate standard is GB708, and the hot-rolled steel plate standard is GB710 national standard.
