II. Main structure of the shelf:
1. The shelf is mainly composed of columns, beams, column reinforcement beams, and layer plates. Bulk transportation, on-site installation and debugging. No tools are needed for assembly during installation. There are positioning holes in the middle of the hooks, and each component has interchangeability.
2. The shelf can adjust the layer height distance along the vertical direction of the column, with strong interchangeability.
III. Performance requirements:
1. Rack space utilization rate >83%, high utilization rate and large storage capacity.
2. Small dimensional tolerance of assembled parts, high precision and strong interchangeability.
3. The design has smooth lines, durable, beautiful and generous, strong three-dimensional sense, and can fully reflect the modern cultural atmosphere.
4. The column adopts carbon dioxide shielded welding, with sufficient rigidity, no deformation, and welded foot pads at the bottom to reduce the pressure at the contact point between the column and the ground, increase the stability of the rack body, making it stronger and more solid.
5. Both sides of the shelf are folded three times, and a reinforcing rib is welded in the middle to make the load-bearing capacity higher and no deformation. The rated load per layer is 500kg.
6. The beam adopts 60PP pipe, effectively improving the overall load-bearing capacity.
7. All stamped parts are formed by one-time stamping, without burrs... the weld marks are flat and smooth.
8. Each set of parts has good docking and interchangeability, and the layer height can be adjusted as needed.
9. Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable.
10. The connection between the hanging ears and the column adopts a special design, effectively improving the seismic resistance.
