10kV Class SC(B)14-NX2 Series Epoxy Resin Insulated Dual Winding Non-excitation Voltage Regulating Distribution Dry-type Transformer

This product incorporates German Hedrich technology and equipment, utilizing new processes to design and develop a new generation of products. It retains the excellent mechanical performance, crack resistance, moisture resistance, flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, and maintenance-free characteristics of traditional epoxy transformers. Additionally, elastic fastening is applied to the core and coil clamps, keeping the coil in a constant-pressure state, significantly reducing operational noise. The use of filler and vacuum casting ensures thorough penetration and uniform curing between winding layers, turns, and sections, enhancing electrical strength and short-circuit resistance. The winding adopts wire-wound or foil-wound structures, with preset longitudinal ventilation channels in the internal coil barrel, achieving better heat dissipation.
