BCMC has independently developed a new generation of electrodes, which is one of its core technologies. The new chlorine-evolving anode for electrolysis enhances performance in three dimensions: potential, lifespan, and oxygen content in chlorine. The new hydrogen-evolving cathode for electrolysis, through a single-atom catalysis mechanism, improves potential performance and optimizes resistance to reverse current. These two new energy-saving electrodes work together synergistically.

During the electrode lifecycle, they ensure safe, stable, and highly efficient operation.

The unit cell alkali consumption is 1950 kWh/MT (under 5.5kA/m² operating conditions).
