Addressing the contradiction between the volatility of wind and solar power in green hydrogen production and the adaptability of hydrogen production equipment, we have independently developed an intelligent model system featuring "AI-EM Energy Mutual Assistance Decision-making," "AI-PS Adaptive Production Scheduling," and "AI-PM Facility Operation Predictive Maintenance." Utilizing "cloud, big data, IoT, AI, and mobile," we target core scenarios in green hydrogen systems such as off-grid stability, production scheduling, energy allocation, digital operation and maintenance, and safety assurance. This solves pain points including the prediction of highly volatile wind and solar power generation and flexible matching with all types of dynamic hydrogen production loads, intelligent production scheduling, as well as predictive maintenance of core key equipment, spare parts and maintenance scheduling, achieving safe, efficient, and stable operation of the hydrogen production system while enabling minimal or even unmanned attendance.
