Product Introduction

Hot-dip galvanized iron wire is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire rod, which is processed by hot-dip galvanizing process after cold drawing and forming, with specifications covering 2.0 mm-4.0mm. The coating of the product is uniform and compact. At present, the production standard of zinc coating is 230-275g/㎡ (zinc coating can be specially customized according to customer requirements). The corrosion resistance is excellent, and the salt spray test life can reach more than 3 times that of ordinary galvanized wire. Both high strength, weather resistance and good flexibility, smooth surface without zinc tumor, can adapt to bending, screwing and other processing needs.

Application areas
