Product Introduction |
Hot-dip galvanized steel wire is made of 45#, 55# and other high-quality steel. After pickling, phosphating and wire drawing, it is treated by high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing process. The steel wire is annealed and quenched to strengthen the performance, then pickled to remove impurities, and immersed in zinc liquid to make the zinc layer fully attached. The zinc layer of the product is thick and uniform, and the weight of the zinc layer is usually $100-200 g/m ^{2 }$. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and moisture resistance.
