- Implementation Standard: Sichuan Chndo Cable Co., Ltd. Enterprise Standard
- Application: Suitable for electrical equipment and lighting devices in civil buildings, department stores, and various factory buildings with a rated voltage of 450/750V and below.
- Product Characteristics:
- The conductor uses 8000 series conductors, featuring high creep resistance, high flexibility, high elongation, high tensile strength, and safe and stable connection characteristics. Details are as follows:
(1) Good conductivity: The conductivity of aluminum alloy conductors is above 61% IACS. For the same transmission capacity, the length of an aluminum alloy wire with the same weight is approximately twice that of a copper wire, and the conductor cross-section needs to increase by more than 60%. Similarly, the weight of an aluminum alloy wire of the same length is about half that of a copper wire.
(2) Better tensile strength: The tensile strength-to-weight ratio of aluminum alloy wires is approximately 30% higher than that of standard aluminum wires and about 50% higher than that of copper wires, making them suitable for vertical installation.
(3) Excellent creep resistance: The special alloy formula and heat treatment process significantly reduce the metal's "creep" under heat and pressure, preventing increased contact resistance that could cause overheating and accidents.
(4) Stable connection performance: The alloy composition of aluminum alloy conductors greatly improves their connection performance. After annealing, the addition of iron components provides excellent creep resistance, ensuring stable connections even under prolonged overload and overheating conditions, closely matching the performance of copper conductors connected in the same manner.
(5) Outstanding flexibility: Aluminum alloy conductors can withstand dozens of bending cycles, eliminating the risk of accidents due to conductor cracking or breaking during wire installation, thus improving safety and reliability.
(6) Excellent anti-rebound performance: When copper wires and aluminum alloy wires are bent 90 degrees at room temperature, the rebound angle of the aluminum alloy wire after stress release is 60% that of the copper wire. Due to the absence of memory effect in aluminum alloy wires, their rebound performance is superior to that of copper core wires. During installation, terminal connection joints are easier to compress tightly, increasing compactness and improving connection stability.
- The insulation material uses environmentally friendly PVC cable material compliant with EU RoHS directives, featuring environmental friendliness, resistance to acids and alkalis, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and mold resistance.
- The rated voltage U0/U of the wire is 450/750V.
- The long-term maximum operating temperature of the wire: 70℃.
- The wire laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃.
- The minimum allowable bending radius during laying: For wires with an outer diameter (D) less than 25mm, the allowable bending radius is not less than 4D; for wires with an outer diameter (D) greater than or equal to 25mm, the allowable bending radius is not less than 6D.
