The MISELA/NISELA series gas-insulated switchgear (C-GIS) is the latest generation product based on internationally advanced solid insulation technology, gas insulation technology, vacuum interruption technology, modular plug-in technology, integrated voltage equalization-cooling technology, phase-change heat dissipation technology, combined with automated welding technology and helium leak detection process.
Performance Features
◆ Complies with relevant Chinese standards: GB3906, GB/T11022, DL/T593, DL/T404, etc., and international standards IEC62271-200 and IEC62271-100, etc.;
◆ Compact 12kV switchgear typical cabinet width minimum not exceeding 500mm; 24kV, 40.5kV switchgear typical cabinet width not exceeding 600mm, small cabinet size, small footprint;
◆ High-voltage components enclosed inside a sealed gas chamber, waterproof, dustproof, unaffected by environment, unaffected by altitude, completely maintenance-free; circuit breaker adopts spring operating mechanism; solid-sealed pole vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, greatly reduced number of parts;
◆ Three-position switch has manual and electric operation functions, with mechanical and electrical interlocking with the circuit breaker;
◆ Adopts intelligent control and protection unit with control, protection, measurement, and communication functions, fully realizing distribution network automation requirements; has reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking design scheme, effectively preventing misoperation;
◆ Switchgear intervals adopt top rigid busbar expansion, convenient installation, flexible expansion, and no need to handle the gas system;
◆ World-class manufacturing technology, laser cutting, automated welding, helium leak detection; processing equipment imported from Germany, German acceptance, strictly implementing production processes from Germany, ensuring fault-free operation of the switchgear.
