Products treated with this new environmentally friendly composite anti-corrosion technology—combining gas multi-element co-penetration and surface sealing coating—exhibit excellent corrosion resistance (withstanding 5,000 hours of salt spray corrosion). At the same time, it significantly improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue life of the workpiece. This technology can replace traditional Dacromet coating, galvanizing, and other processes, and is applied to the surface anti-corrosion treatment of rail fasteners, power fittings and iron accessories, fasteners, photovoltaic supports, and other components and structures.
