The Catenary Super-hydrophobic Anti-icing Coating Material primarily uses super-hydrophobic anti-fouling nano-silica, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin, and graphene as raw materials. During winter, it is automatically roller-applied to the contact wire at regular intervals using a catenary maintenance vehicle. The coating forms an ultra-hydrophobic thin layer between the catenary and the external air. Its extremely high water-repellent performance prevents water from depositing on the contact wire, effectively avoiding ice formation. The addition of graphene enhances the material's electrical conductivity, ensuring no adverse impact on the catenary's conductive performance.
