Addressing issues with traditional raise boring rigs, such as difficulties in transfer and transportation, low intelligence levels, and ineffective operation in hard rock, this rig adopts an integrated design that organically combines the main unit assembly, power unit, and crawler traveling system. It innovatively develops technologies including an integrated traveling system, dynamic insert plate, proportional drill pipe loading/unloading, and automatic drill pipe conveying. No disassembly is required for transfer, significantly reducing auxiliary time for transfer and rig erection, greatly improving operational efficiency and lowering overall operating costs.
