Cutterhead

The cutterhead is divided into integral cutterheads and modular cutterheads. The modular cutterhead has small disassembly dimensions, facilitating easy lowering into the shaft; it requires only replacing multiple tool holders to assemble reaming cutterheads of different diameters; the carefully designed tool group distribution structure allows the same cutterhead to be equipped with rolling cutter assemblies of different performances, reducing the cost of repeated purchases for users; the proprietary patented technology of flexible connection between the pull rod and the cutterhead box overcomes the impact of eccentric loading on cutterhead life under complex geological conditions. Large cutterheads are equipped with traction rods and wheel sets to effectively improve transportation efficiency.
