Product Description

The core of the fiber optic gyrocompass consists of 3 fiber optic gyroscopes and 3 accelerometers. By measuring the Earth's rotation angular velocity and gravitational acceleration, and through navigation algorithm calculations, it provides information such as the vessel's heading, pitch and roll angles, and heading turning rate.

The fiber optic gyrocompass can provide heading angle, pitch and roll angles, turning rate, and other information. It features short north-seeking stabilization time, large dynamic range, compact structure, high reliability, light weight, low power consumption, maintenance-free throughout its entire service life, no need for periodic replacement of the gyro sphere, meets IMO standards for gyrocompasses, and is not affected by power outages or frequent turns causing failures.

Product Composition:

• Standard Version: Consists of four parts: main compass, display and control unit, junction box, and power supply box.
• Integrated Version: Consists of integrated compass main body (with built-in junction module and power module) and display and control unit. The product is lighter in weight, easier to embed into the overall ship system, and saves more installation space.
