A stable airline resource structure has been established with foreign airlines as the mainstay and domestic airlines as supplementary. Foreign airlines include Effie Aviation and others, while domestic airlines include China Eastern Airlines and others. The aircraft types cover full freighters such as 737-800F and passenger-to-freighter conversions such as 330-200. Nearly 40 routes have been opened, covering multiple departure points and international destinations, including full freighter routes such as Urumqi to Vancouver and Moscow, as well as routes such as Haikou to Paris, Hong Kong to Liege, Chengdu to Budapest, Sanya to Bangkok, Hangzhou to Vancouver, Tbilisi to Sanya to Milan, and others.
