The pneumatic diaphragm control valve is a new generation of high-performance industrial fluid control valve independently developed by Xinchuan Fluid Control Co., Ltd., incorporating internationally advanced design concepts. It has currently obtained the TS Special Equipment Manufacturing License and SIL3 certification.
This valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm pneumatic actuator, adopts a modular design, allows for arbitrary combination and interchange of different internal valve components, and can be configured with various accessories. For example: electro-pneumatic valve positioners, solenoid valves, lock-up valves, amplifiers, limit switches, and pressure reducing valves, etc., facilitating seamless integration of the control valve with DCS or PLC control systems. It accepts 4-20mA DC control signals for full-stroke automatic valve regulation.
Product Features
1. The valve body features an S-shaped design. The internal S-shaped flow channel minimizes flow resistance, eliminating dead zones during the regulation process.
2. Different structures can be selected according to different working conditions. By completely interchanging throttling internal components, and simply equipping different structural guide bushings, valve plugs, and sealing functional internal modules for the same port size unbalanced and balanced structures, it can achieve transformation into various valve types such as regulating, shut-off, low-noise multi-stage pressure reducing, and labyrinth types. Flow characteristics include quick-opening, linear, and equal percentage. 3. This control valve adopts a top-guided structural design. The internal guide bushing controls the valve plug for stable guided operation. Quick-release seat rings and cages ensure the valve's sealing performance and facilitate easier maintenance. 4. The upper bonnet can be optionally equipped with various sealing forms to meet the control requirements of working conditions, categorized into standard type, regulating/shut-off type, high-temperature heat dissipation type, low-temperature extended type, bellows type, and insulation type.
5. Various forms of electric actuators can be configured according to customer requirements, making it an electric control valve.
