It is manufactured using a hot-press integral forming process, with welding bevels at both ends and the branch outlet, enabling full-penetration butt welding against the pipeline. The body undergoes sandblasting for a matte finish, with specifications, material, and execution standard laser-marked on the surface. With no longitudinal seams, it offers excellent pressure-bearing performance and is widely used in industrial piping systems for chemical, petrochemical, power plant, and pharmaceutical applications, facilitating the diversion and merging of media in pipelines.
