The weld neck flange is a type of forged welding flange, manufactured through integral forging, featuring a neck with a welding bevel that is butt-welded to the pipe for full penetration. The flange disc is pre-drilled with bolt holes, and when combined with gaskets and bolts, it enables a detachable sealed connection in piping systems. With high body strength, dispersed weld stress, and resistance to high temperature and pressure, it is less prone to leakage.
