Product Introduction (Weld Neck Flange WN)

The weld neck flange is a type of forged welding flange, manufactured through integral forging, featuring a neck with a welding bevel that is butt-welded to the pipe for full penetration. The flange disc is pre-drilled with bolt holes, and when combined with gaskets and bolts, it enables a detachable sealed connection in piping systems. With high body strength, dispersed weld stress, and resistance to high temperature and pressure, it is less prone to leakage. Widely used in process piping for petrochemical, power plant, coal chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, it is commonly applied at main pipelines, equipment nozzles, and valve connection points.
