1. The rig power adopts 2000 series or 3000 series diesel engine with hydraulic coupling positive gearbox reduction (or gear positive gearbox reduction) type.
▋ Drawworks and mud pump are mechanically unified driven, rotary table is independently driven by AC variable frequency motor or DC motor.
▋ Uses integral chain box or belt paralleling device for paralleling, with good sealing and convenient installation.
▋ Drawworks drum is grooved, with air shifting. Main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake, auxiliary brake adopts electromagnetic eddy current brake.
▋ Drawworks is equipped with emergency motor device. Before the diesel engine is started, it can be used to raise the derrick in advance; when the main clutch fails and power cannot be transmitted to the drawworks, it can be used to lift drill tools, reduce downhole accidents, and achieve safe drilling.
▋ Rotary table can achieve stepless speed regulation between 0-210 r/min. AC or DC power is supplied by auxiliary generator set.
▋ Drilling floor adopts telescoping (or rotary lifting) structure, low-position installation, raised and lowered together with the derrick (or separately raised and lowered).
