Product Functions
Data Acquisition and Storage Function
- Terminal device data acquisition frequency, set arbitrary time interval (minimum interval time 1 minute) to collect and store data;
- Acquisition parameters: pressure and temperature;
Remote Data Transmission
- Data transmission adopts NB-IoT network, supports UDP/COAP mode, with bidirectional communication function with online monitoring management system;
- Pressure online monitoring device should be able to set sending time and data sending frequency, set arbitrary time interval (minimum interval time 1 minute) to send data to online monitoring management system via NB-IoT network;
- Online monitoring system platform can send instructions via NB-IoT network to set or query parameters such as acquisition frequency, data sending time, and data sending frequency of pressure online monitoring device;
- Online monitoring device can set two server IP addresses at the same time, whether to enable is configurable;
- When the pressure online monitoring device fails to upload data due to various reasons, it will save the failed data and automatically send it to the online monitoring management system after successful connection to the system platform.
Local Communication Function
The online monitoring device has a built-in infrared communication module for short-distance query and setting of device working parameters.
Alarm Function
When any of the following situations occurs, the pressure online monitoring device should have a recording function and send the alarm data to the online monitoring management system:

Pressure data out of limit: when pressure data exceeds the set proportion or exceeds the preset threshold value; the online monitoring device automatically accelerates sampling frequency and upload frequency (1 second), and resumes normal application mode after a period of time;

Power abnormality alarm:
when the battery voltage of the pressure online monitoring device is lower than the alarm threshold value;
Online Upgrade Function The pressure online monitoring device has local wireless upgrade function and FOTA upgrade function;
Alarm Function The water meter online monitoring device should have a timing unit, with daily timing error of the timing unit ≤±1s/d. It can receive time calibration commands from the online monitoring management system or local handheld devices.
