Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology is one of the mainstream technologies in China's "energy conservation and emission reduction" and "sewage resource utilization" strategies. The latest energy-saving Membrane Bioreactor Unit (Save Membrane Bioreactor Unit, S-MBRU) developed by Bishuiyuan is the core product that further reduces energy consumption of MBR technology. It adopts trough-type gas collection pulse aeration technology and three-position water collection technology for lower sweeping energy consumption; interactive high-shear aeration structure provides stronger anti-fouling performance.

High Effluent Quality Uniform membrane filament pore size distribution, high filtration precision, effluent turbidity below 1 NTU;

Low Operating Energy Consumption Trough-type gas collection pulse aeration technology and three-position water collection technology, unit water production sweeping energy consumption 0.1 kW·h/m³;

Strong Anti-Fouling Ability Unique gradient network pore structure of membrane filaments, interactive high-shear aeration structure of the unit, improving anti-fouling ability and high chemical cleaning efficiency;

Small Footprint Membrane tank packing density up to 350m²/m², hydraulic retention time less than 1 h;

Long Service Life Adopting filament arrangement technology and soft glue protection at membrane filament roots, solving root filament breakage problem, service life more than 5 years.
