Product Introduction

The UDF series nanofiltration membrane is a new generation of membrane product independently developed by OriginWater. It uses special base materials to replace traditional membrane materials, giving it excellent anti-fouling and solvent resistance, further broadening the application fields of membrane water treatment processes. Under the same volume, it can significantly increase the water production of the element, reduce operating energy consumption and operating costs. This series of products breaks through the technical barriers in the membrane industry for many years and leads the development direction of a new generation of membrane materials. It was selected into the 2022 China Communications Construction Group Top Ten Core Technologies and the "Innovation China" series list — International Innovation Cooperation List, and won the first prize of the China Membrane Industry Association Science and Technology Award.

Product Features

  • High Water Production: Lower membrane sheet thickness and higher membrane element packing area further increase water production under unchanged element size;
  • Strong Solvent Resistance: Uses new base materials to replace traditional membrane materials, with excellent solvent resistance compared to traditional membrane materials;
  • Strong Anti-Fouling Performance: During operation, a shark-skin-like bionic structure forms on the UDF membrane surface, generating micro-turbulence and achieving self-cleaning effect, with good resistance to organic fouling.
