Product Introduction

ZD (Zero Desalting) series industrial zero discharge membrane elements are high-pressure and high anti-fouling membrane products specially developed and designed by OriginWater for the zero discharge field. In each process section of zero discharge membrane treatment, a full series of membrane element selection can be provided for zero discharge process design according to the wastewater quality characteristics and process requirements of different industries. The elements have high water production and strong anti-fouling performance, greatly improving wastewater reuse rate. Using ZD series membrane element products in membrane zero discharge processes can effectively reduce overall project construction investment and operating costs, creating better economic benefits and social value for customers.

Product Features

  • Strong Anti-Fouling Performance Unique anti-fouling coating technology combined with low pressure drop 34-LDmil wide feed spacer design has strong anti-fouling performance, effectively reducing cleaning frequency and extending service life;
  • Good Chemical Resistance Has a wide pH tolerance range and stable long-term operating performance;
  • Low Operating Energy Consumption The element adopts new low pressure drop technology, effectively reducing operating energy consumption and saving operating costs.
