The magnetic levitation bearing system is the core system of the magnetic levitation blower. The rotor is located between two radial magnetic bearings and two axial magnetic bearings. The position of the rotor is monitored in real time by a position sensor and fed back to the magnetic bearing controller. When the rotor position deviates, the controller will adjust the magnetic field force of each degree of freedom of the magnetic bearing according to the offset of the rotor to keep the rotor in the correct position.
The magnetic levitation air compressor adopts 5-degree-of-freedom active magnetic levitation bearings and a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor. The rotating shaft is suspended in the air with no friction, low vibration, and low noise. At the same time, since it does not require lubrication and sealing devices, it has natural advantages in situations where clean compressed air is required.
