Product Introduction

The near-infrared hyper spectral sensor based sorting system is widely used in the sorting of ferrous metal ores such as iron, manganese, and chromium; precious metal ores such as gold, silver, and platinum group metals; copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, tungsten, lithium, rare earth and other non-ferrous metal ores; feldspar, quartz, fluorite, talc, calcite, barite and other non-metallic minerals and dry pre-separation of coal.

The sorting system is based on NIR, which can quickly extract the surface characteristics of the sorted ore, use advanced algorithms to classify it optimally, and is equipped with a high-pressure air injection system to realize the separation of products and waste rocks.
