Product Introduction

VILLUX-Max home elevator is a product developed by IFE for the self-built house and villa market, highlighting the product design concepts of safety, energy saving and environmental protection, flexible civil engineering,

low noise and smooth operation.

VILLUX home elevator parameters:

1. Rated load: 400kg and 450kg;

2. Rated speed: 0.4m/s, 0.63m/s and 1.0m/s.

VILLUX product advantages:

(1) Safer

1. Built-in automatic rescue operation device. When the elevator power suddenly fails, this backup power supply will automatically start. The elevator moves to the nearest leveling in the light-load direction,

opens the door to evacuate passengers and then keeps the door open, stopping the elevator due to power failure.

2. Independent rescue communication system. When the elevator is trapped due to failure, you can contact maintenance personnel or family members through the rescue phone built into the elevator car,

and get rescue in time.

3. Automatic intelligent rescue: Most trapping incidents occur when the mains power operation fails. When the elevator fails, the system will automatically analyze

and shield the fault (except for safety and door lock faults), move slowly to the leveling, and give priority to releasing people.

4. The control cabinet adopts STO technology and has passed SIL3 level safety certification.

(2) More energy-saving and environmentally friendly

1. Drive system: It adopts permanent magnet synchronous traction machine drive and steel belt suspension structure, with high speed and small torque, high motor energy efficiency level, and lower starting current.

2. Power supply: Single-phase AC220V power supply input to the inverter, and then output three-phase AC220V power supply for the drive system through AC-DC-AC rectification and inversion, without adding AC380V industrial power supply.

3. Guide shoes: Self-lubricating guide shoes are used at both the car and counterweight to reduce environmental pollution.

4. Suspension system: Composite steel belt is used, no lubricating oil is required, avoiding oil pollution inside the building.

(3) More flexible civil engineering

1. When the car net height is 2.1m, the minimum top floor height is only 2.6m, and the minimum pit depth can be as small as 170mm, which can greatly reduce construction

costs and is suitable for all private residential buildings at home and abroad.

2. Optional independent well frame to solve the problem of no well for customers.

(4) Low noise and smooth operation

1. TUV certified contactorless control technology makes the running noise <45dB, allowing you to enjoy a quiet home life.

2. Steel belt is used for smoother operation and lower noise.
