“IDT-ESP Precipitator Digital Twin System” is based on new-generation information technologies such as IoT, big data, artificial intelligence and advanced sensing technologies. It adopts the Digital Twin model, which is hailed as “the first of the six top technologies for future national defense and aerospace industries and one of the ten strategic science and technology development trends.” Deeply integrating the over thirty years of practical experience of academicians of the French Academy of Sciences, a team of Turing Award winners, 18 top industry experts and more than 200 professional technical personnel of the company, it has forged a new adaptive, self-learning and self-evolving digital twin system for precipitators that covers all working conditions and the full lifecycle of precipitators. It aims to assist in the construction of “smart power plants” and effectively realize panoramic real-time, safe, self-healing, green, strong and reliable operation of the power generation link in the power industry.
