The electric-driven unmanned hot metal mixer car (Smart TPC) is an intelligent hot metal transportation vehicle that adopts autonomous driving and pure electric drive, replacing the original driver remote control and locomotive towing, realizing a new mode of hot metal transportation of "leave when the tank is full, allocate when the tank is empty", and can intelligently, greenly and efficiently complete the hot metal transportation operations from the blast furnace to steelmaking.
The product adopts a number of new technologies and new achievements, and the technology has reached the advanced domestic level: the large axle load powered bogie, as the power execution mechanism of the vehicle, is currently the powered bogie with the largest load-bearing capacity in China; it adopts a supercapacitor power supply system to meet the process requirements of short-time charging and large current discharge; it has control functions such as wheel anti-skid and anti-lock to ensure vehicle operation safety; through the vehicle-ground communication network, the process flow is combined with intelligent control to realize intelligent and unmanned vehicle operations. The successful application of the electric-driven unmanned hot metal mixer car has promoted the intelligent upgrade of the iron-steel interface, helping steel enterprises transform hot metal operations from "manual" to "artificial intelligence".
