Stacker-Reclaimer

The stacker-reclaimer is an advanced and efficient specialized equipment for bulk material handling, used for continuous loading and unloading of bulk materials such as coal and ore. As a traditional product independently designed by Dalian Heavy Industry, it has been widely used in industries such as mines, ports, docks, steel plants, and power plants. Since 1966, the company has provided nearly 1,000 sets of stacker-reclaimer equipment to domestic and foreign customers, with equipment stacking and reclaiming capacity ranging from 1,000 tons/hour to 15,000 tons/hour. The products have been successively exported to more than 20 countries including Australia, Japan, Brazil, and India, involving more than 40 projects and more than 120 large stacker-reclaimer equipment. In recent years, the products have actively transformed towards greening and intelligence. The intelligence level of stacker-reclaimers is leading in the country, with an annual output of more than 50 sets of stacker-reclaimer equipment.
