The base material used is porous open-cell sponge. A conductive layer is prepared by vacuum physical nickel deposition (PVD) method. After pre-plating, nickel of specified requirements can be electroplated in sulfate nickel plating electrolyte. After incineration, reduction, cooling, rolling and slitting processes, continuous strip nickel foam material with excellent performance can be obtained.
