Copper paper-wrapped wire is a core electromagnetic wire product in the power and electrical industry. It is made from high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors, which undergo precision drawing and annealing softening processes, followed by multi-layer wrapping with special insulating paper. It is available in two main categories: paper-wrapped round copper wire and paper-wrapped flat copper wire, fully meeting the winding requirements of high-voltage, high-power electrical equipment, and serving as a key supporting wire product for transformers, motors, and power generation equipment.

The product conductor uses high-conductivity copper, offering excellent electrical conductivity, uniform resistance, and extremely low losses; the insulation layer is made of high-quality cable insulating paper and turn-to-turn special insulating paper, applied through a precision bidirectional wrapping process, ensuring uniform coverage, neat edge overlap, and no edge lifting or damage. The entire production process is standardized, providing conductors with good flexibility and high dimensional accuracy, suitable for various precision winding applications, compliant with the GB/T7673 national standard, and can be produced according to customized process parameters as per customer requirements.
