Product Introduction

JL3/LB1 720/50 is a high-conductivity aluminum conductor reinforced with aluminum-clad steel, belonging to high-performance overhead conductors with excellent corrosion resistance and lower line losses. The combination of high-conductivity aluminum wires and the aluminum-clad steel core effectively reduces the DC resistance of the conductor. Compared with conventional ACSR (aluminum conductor steel reinforced), line losses can be reduced by approximately 4%, delivering substantial economic benefits. The density of the aluminum-clad steel core is lower than that of galvanized steel core, reducing the overall weight of the conductor by about 5%. Additionally, its high-temperature sag is smaller, enhancing the safety of the transmission line. It is suitable for newly constructed long-distance, large-capacity transmission line projects; capacity upgrade and renovation of existing lines; and is particularly applicable to coastal areas, heavily polluted areas, industrial zones, and other regions with high requirements for conductor corrosion protection.
