Product Introduction

JLHA1/G2A 185/30 is a high-strength aluminum alloy conductor with steel core. Due to the use of high-strength aluminum alloy and high-strength galvanized steel core, the product exhibits very high tensile strength and superior creep resistance. The conductivity of its aluminum alloy reinforced core can reach 52.5% IACS, effectively reducing conductor resistance. Compared to conventional ACSR of the same diameter, it is lighter in weight. Additionally, being a single aluminum-based material, it incurs no hysteresis losses during AC operation and avoids galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals. It is suitable for long-span crossings, heavy ice zones, and line capacity upgrade projects.
