Product Introduction

JL1/LHA1 465/210 is an aluminum alloy core high-conductivity aluminum stranded conductor, featuring low loss and high conductivity: the outer layer uses high-conductivity hard-drawn aluminum wire with a conductivity of 61.5% IACS, effectively reducing conductor resistance and minimizing line losses. The high-strength aluminum alloy core replaces the traditional galvanized steel core, ensuring mechanical strength while eliminating hysteresis and eddy current losses of the steel core, further enhancing transmission efficiency. The all-aluminum construction avoids the electrochemical corrosion issue between aluminum wires and galvanized steel wires found in traditional ACSR conductors, offering natural resistance to atmospheric corrosion and significantly extending the service life of the conductor. Under the same outer diameter, replacing the steel core with an aluminum alloy core increases the conductive cross-section, thereby improving current-carrying capacity. Suitable for UHV/EHV transmission, high-voltage level lines, as well as energy-saving retrofits and new line construction.
