Sichuan Shudao Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Chengdu Shenleng Liquefaction Equipment Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a joint-stock enterprise with core independent intellectual property rights, primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of natural gas (coalbed methane, shale gas, coke oven gas, etc.) liquefaction equipment, air separation equipment, and low-temperature liquid storage and transportation equipment, while also committed to the development and application of new energy and energy-saving technologies, as well as the research, development, and manufacturing of transportation equipment. The Company was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2016. In January 2021, Shudao Transportation Service Group (formerly Sichuan Communications Investment Industrial Co., Ltd.) became the controlling shareholder of the Company. In March 2022, the Company changed its name to its current one (stock abbreviation: Shudao Equipment, stock code: 300540).
The Company is a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, a "Science and Technology Reform Enterprise" under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and a provincial-level industrial design center. It is a directly managed second-tier subsidiary of Shudao Group. The Company has 13 invested enterprises under its umbrella, including 6 controlled subsidiaries and 6 equity-participated companies, and has also taken the lead in establishing 1 hydrogen energy industry fund, achieving downstream industrial layout in hydrogen energy, LNG, and industrial gases. It serves as an important pillar of Shudao Group's intelligent manufacturing sector and the lead unit for hydrogen energy development.
The Company is one of the earliest domestic enterprises to enter the natural gas liquefaction and liquid air separation industries and master key technologies in these fields. It owns the first natural gas liquefaction unit (LNG) and the first coalbed methane liquefaction unit in China, and is the first domestic enterprise to adopt mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC) technology. The Company has participated in the compilation of national standards such as the "Design Standard for Natural Gas Liquefaction Plants" and "Liquefied Natural Gas Dispenser for Vehicles," and has successively obtained the national special equipment production license (pressure vessel design and pressure vessel manufacturing). It possesses the design and manufacturing capability for natural gas (coalbed methane, coke oven gas) liquefaction units with a daily processing capacity of 10 million cubic meters and liquid air separation units with a daily output of 1,000 tons, while also possessing front-end technical capabilities in hydrogen liquefaction, hydrogen storage and transportation and refueling, and helium extraction and liquefaction. The technical performance indicators of its products are at the leading level domestically. The Company holds 136 authorized patents (including 43 invention patents and 93 utility model patents) and 9 software copyrights, covering various professional fields of cryogenic technology, and has successively won honors such as Sichuan Province "Green Factory," Chengdu "Contract-Abiding and Credit-Worthy Enterprise," "Environmental Integrity Enterprise," and "Healthy Enterprise."
