Dexin currently operates nine medium-frequency hot expansion production lines, capable of producing seamless steel pipes with diameters up to 1250 mm, diameter-to-wall ratios up to 100, and lengths exceeding 12 meters, in various standards, materials, and specifications, with an annual production capacity of hot-expanded steel pipes reaching 100,000 tons. Dexin also operates seven cold drawing production lines, capable of producing 60,000 tons of precision seamless steel pipes with diameters ranging from Φ16.7 to 914 mm. Additionally, it has five large lathes and deep-hole boring machines for cold processing of various high-precision large-diameter thick-walled seamless steel pipes. The high-quality steel billets of carbon steel, carbon-manganese steel, and chromium-molybdenum steel produced by the LD+LF+RH/VD+CCM process, ordered by Dexin Steel Pipe, effectively control the content of C, P, S, as well as N, H, O gas content and the five major harmful elements, ensuring the quality of steel pipes from the source while also guaranteeing the length and delivery schedule of finished steel pipes. With year-round reserves of pipe billets in various materials with diameters of Φ380, Φ450, Φ500, and Φ600, Dexin can produce hot-rolled steel pipes with diameters from Φ273 to Φ508 or larger upon receipt of orders.
