Dexin Steel Tube (China) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dexin Steel Tube) was established in August 2002. It initially produced seamless steel pipes using medium-frequency hot expansion and internal boring and external turning methods. Since 2014, it has used cold drawing process to produce high-precision seamless steel pipes for gas cylinders. From 2017 to the present, while purchasing hot-rolled steel pipes, it has leveraged the production capacity of Tianhuai Steel Pipe's 508 continuous rolling unit and Wuhan Heavy Industry's 864 rolling unit to entrust steel billet processing. The current annual processing volume has reached 150,000 tons. For specifications that cannot be rolled, are uneconomical, or inconvenient to produce, especially large-diameter thin-walled and ultra-thin-walled seamless steel pipes with diameter >508mm and diameter-to-wall ratio >25, medium-frequency hot expansion process is used for production. Dexin currently has nine medium-frequency hot expansion production lines, capable of producing various standards, materials, and specifications of seamless steel pipes with diameter below 1250mm, diameter-to-wall ratio up to 100, and length above 12 meters. The annual production capacity of hot-expanded steel pipes can reach 100,000 tons. Dexin has seven cold drawing production lines, capable of producing 60,000 tons of precision seamless steel pipes with Φ16.7~914mm, and also has five large lathes and deep-hole boring machines, which can cold-process various high-precision large-diameter thick-walled seamless steel pipes. Dexin Steel Tube has become a leading enterprise in seamless steel pipe production in China that can produce both large and small diameters, with complete hot-rolling, cold-drawing, and hot-expansion processes.
What is more distinctive is that Dexin Steel Tube has strong steel pipe finishing and heat treatment capabilities. It currently has 6 heat treatment furnaces (three box-type furnaces and three roller-hearth furnaces), capable of normalizing, tempering, annealing, and quenching various diameter steel pipes below Φ2400mm. It has 3 multi-roll straighteners and 4 point straighteners, 7 internal and external polishing machines, 16 internal and external grinding machines, as well as production equipment for phosphating, saponification, pipe end processing, UV water-based spraying, and complete supporting physical and chemical analysis, mechanical property, non-destructive testing, and hydrostatic testing equipment.
The high-quality carbon steel, carbon-manganese steel, and chromium-molybdenum steel billets produced by the LD+LF+RH/VD+CCM process ordered by Dexin Steel Tube effectively control the content of C, P, S and N, H, O gases and the five harmful elements, ensuring the quality of steel pipes from the source, while also guaranteeing the length and delivery time requirements of finished steel pipes. It maintains year-round inventory of Φ380, Φ450, Φ500, Φ600 various material billets, and produces hot-rolled steel pipes of Φ273~Φ508 or larger diameters upon order. Combining Dexin's hot expansion, cold drawing, heat treatment, and finishing capabilities, it can flexibly and efficiently organize production to meet users' various specifications, quantities, and requirements for three-high pipes, anti-SSC pipes, anti-HIC pipes, low-temperature pipes, pipeline pipes, gas cylinder pipes, American standard pipes, and medium-low pressure pipeline materials, achieving the goal of "rapid delivery of urgent materials within 30 days."
Dexin Steel Tube has successively obtained A1, A2(1), (3), B(1), (3) special equipment manufacturing licenses (pressure piping component manufacturing licenses) issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and type test reports for various materials, standards, and specifications.
