Product Introduction
The YPTZ and YPTQ series three-phase AC variable-speed asynchronous motors are a new generation of variable-frequency speed-regulating motors successfully developed by Lanzhou Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., leveraging decades of experience in producing high- and low-voltage motors, absorbing advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, and integrating the latest developments in international power electronics and control technologies. Depending on the type of inverter, they can be designed to match vector control, direct torque control, VVVF control, and V/F control types, operating with inverters using power electronic components such as GTO, IGBT, or IGCT. These motors can directly withstand the dv/dt surge voltage impact caused by inverter power component commutation and the effects of shaft voltage induced by high-frequency harmonics on motor bearings, and can operate under various load conditions including constant torque, constant power, and pump-type loads. This series features exquisite design, high force-energy indices, strong reliability, low vibration and noise, stable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance, and has been well received by users since its market introduction in 1995. This series of variable-frequency speed-regulating motors has Class F insulation, with the basic series voltage designed at 690V, and can also be designed for different voltage levels such as 380V, 660V, 400V, and 850V. The mounting dimensions and power ratings comply with IEC 72 and IEC 34 standards.
