Product Introduction

The TF4W-TH series brushless AC synchronous generators are brushless synchronous generators independently developed by our company. This series integrates all the advantages of our TZH series generators, which have been awarded the National Silver Medal, as well as the design and manufacturing technologies of advanced brushless generator series both domestically and internationally. The products feature an attractive appearance, compact size, light weight, high reliability, and electrical performance that reaches internationally advanced levels. This series of three-phase synchronous generators are brushless generators employing auxiliary winding excitation or thyristor excitation via an automatic voltage regulator. Each generator is equipped with an automatic voltage regulator featuring mature technology and precision manufacturing.

The TF4W-TH generator features a two-bearing (IMB3) or single-bearing (IMB15) horizontal structure with feet, and the enclosure protection rating is IP21. The ventilation method is self-air-cooling. The entire series adopts Class H insulation.
The stator uses an octagonal or circular steel plate frame, and the armature winding is a star-connected three-phase winding with a neutral point lead-out.
The rotor core is made of integral salient-pole cold-rolled steel plates or silicon steel laminations stacked and wound in place, with pole spacers fixed between poles for robustness and good heat dissipation. All rotors are equipped with damper windings. The mechanical strength of each rotor component is designed for a maximum speed of 1.2 times the rated generator speed. The shaft extension of the two-bearing motor rotor is a cylindrical type with a flat key. For two-bearing motors, a flexible coupling is recommended for connection to the prime mover; if belt pulley drive is used, the service life of the drive-end bearing will be shortened. Single-bearing motors are connected to the prime mover using specially designed laminated couplings and adapter hubs (both conforming to SAE standards).
The excitation system includes components such as the automatic voltage regulator and terminal board, all integrally mounted in the terminal box on top of the frame for convenient installation and commissioning.
Static or rotating silicon rectifiers are selected from high-quality rectifier modules of corresponding ratings, and are equipped with varistor modules to enhance the reliability of the rectification stage. The modules are mounted reliably and reasonably, facilitating easy assembly and disassembly.
