The ZF39-550 GIS produced by the company features a rated current of 6300A, a rated short-circuit breaking current of 63kA, and a rated short-circuit making current of 171kA. The product incorporates technological innovations in multiple aspects, including breaking performance, insulation margin, gas tightness, and mechanical life. The circuit breaker adopts a new double-break self-energy puffer arc-extinguishing technology. Through coupled electro-thermal-fluid multi-physics field simulation calculations of the arc-extinguishing chamber under different breaking conditions, the nozzle shape and puffer cylinder and other key components of the arc-extinguishing chamber were innovatively designed, enhancing its breaking capability. The breaking performance is excellent, capable of up to 24 full-capacity breaking operations, surpassing the requirements of relevant domestic standards. The product achieves a mechanical life of 10,000 operations, a bus transfer current of the disconnector reaching the highest domestic level of 4000A, and inductive current switching capability meeting the Class C parameter requirements of the highest standard. Multiple performance indicators exceed the requirements of IEC and GB standards, placing it at an advanced level both domestically and internationally. It is suitable for controlling the closing and opening of high-voltage power transmission and transformation systems, as well as load and fault currents; enabling load transfer, line isolation, and grounding protection; and supporting multiple wiring configurations to flexibly adapt to different system requirements.
