The ZF39-126 GIS manufactured by the company features a rated current of 3150A, with the main busbar capable of reaching 4000A, and a rated short-time withstand current and duration of 40kA/4S. The product is a newly designed integrated, modularized, standardized, and compact GIS, occupying less floor space. The circuit breaker equipped in the GIS adopts the self-energy arc-extinguishing principle of "thermal expansion + assisted blowing," featuring a simple and reliable structure, strong breaking capacity, a total breaking time of three cycles, and a long electrical life. The circuit breaker is fitted with the CTB-Ⅰ spring operating mechanism, which is simple and compact in structure, highly reliable, requires minimal maintenance, and has a mechanical life of up to 10,000 operations, meeting the "oil-free" requirement. The metal aluminum alloy enclosure offers low temperature rise, corrosion resistance, low eddy current losses, and lighter product weight. The entire bay is transported as a single unit, significantly shortening the on-site construction period. The wiring configurations are flexible, and the product exhibits strong environmental adaptability, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. It is applicable to areas with harsh environmental conditions, high-altitude and earthquake-prone regions, as well as congested urban areas with limited space and mountainous hydropower stations where earthwork excavation is difficult. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 72.5 to 126kV, enabling fast, effective, and safe power transmission and distribution network connections, distribution, switching, and dispatching.
