Product Introduction

The TK series motors feature a horizontal structure with open self-ventilated cooling, and the degree of protection is equivalent to IPOO. Other degrees of protection can be determined through consultation with the user. According to the matching requirements of compressor plants, the basic structure and mounting arrangement of the motor can be made as IM7311 and IM5710, or other arrangements can be discussed based on user requirements. The motor consists of components such as the fan, bearings, stator, rotor, brushes, and slip rings.
The motor fan is a unidirectional fan and can only rotate in one direction. Please specify the direction of rotation when placing an order.
The stator is composed of the frame, stator core, and windings. The frame is of welded steel plate construction. The stator core is laminated from sector-shaped silicon steel sheets. The stator windings use Class F insulation.
The pole core is laminated from pole punchings stamped from thin steel plates, with pole coils mounted on the outside. The insulation class is Class F. Damping windings are installed on the poles. The bearings are sliding bearings, consisting of cast iron bearing housings and bearing shells lined with bearing alloy. The lubrication method is self-lubrication or compound lubrication.
The brushes and slip rings: The slip rings are of assembled construction. The brushes are mounted in constant-pressure brush holders and connected by conductive plates, with the brush holders fixed to the side of the bearing.
This series of motors is excited by an external thyristor DC excitation power supply.
