GR-8800 Online Comprehensive Toxicity Monitor

The GR-8800 Online Comprehensive Toxicity Monitor enables real-time, online monitoring of the comprehensive toxicity of water samples, detecting comprehensive toxicity indicators of pollutants in water at the earliest opportunity, and providing rapid, comprehensive, and efficient early warning for water pollution incidents.

Using freshly cultured luminescent bacteria (Vibrio fischeri) as biosensors, the cultured luminescent bacteria are mixed with the water sample to be tested, and the luminescence intensity of the bacteria is measured before and after mixing. The comprehensive toxicity of the water sample is determined by calculating the percentage of light loss.
