Product Introduction

The inner surface of the blind-hole oil-retaining steel bushing is sprayed with molybdenum disulfide. The material is primarily low-carbon alloy steel such as 20CrMnTi and 20CrMo. Heat treatment is carried out using a multi-purpose furnace for carburizing, with a carburized layer thickness reaching 1.5-2.0 mm and a hardness of HRC 58-62. The product features a very low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, and oil pockets with large oil storage capacity—3 to 5 times that of ordinary oil grooves—allowing for long-term maintenance-free operation. It can work under oil-free or low-oil conditions with no lubrication dead zones. The product is widely used in construction machinery and heavy-duty, high-load equipment.

Closed blind holes prevent impurity ingress and grease leakage

High-density matrix + self-lubricating layer, high strength and low friction

Precision machined for a perfect fit with the pin shaft, no wobble

Corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, suitable for harsh environments

Product Parameters

Blind Hole / Oil-Retaining Steel Bushing

The inner surface of the blind-hole oil-retaining steel bushing features a molybdenum disulfide coating, providing a very low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance, enabling operation under oil-free or low-oil conditions. The product is widely used in construction machinery and heavy-duty, high-load equipment.

Product Advantages

● The inner wall of the bushing is uniformly distributed with blind-hole oil pockets of conical or elliptical cross-section.

● During the honing process of the bushing bore, a natural oil wedge is formed, ensuring rapid oil film formation at startup.

● The oil pockets have a large oil storage capacity—3 to 5 times that of ordinary oil grooves—allowing for long-term maintenance-free operation.

● The inner wall is evenly distributed with oil pockets at a fixed circumferential center distance. Regardless of the bushing size, re-oiling requires only a small rotation angle to spread oil across the entire inner surface, leaving no lubrication dead zones.

● The evenly distributed oil pockets on the bore do not compromise the load-bearing capacity of the bushing inner wall, extending the service life of the bushing.
